Doing your homework pays off in many ways! Congratulations to students in Mrs. Allen's PreK class for earning a trip to the Token Tower! They worked hard to complete their monthly homework packet and Virtual School Day assignment — way to go!

Students in Mrs. Sutton’s math classes enjoyed listening to "100 Hungry Ants" by Elinor J. Pinczes. After the read-aloud, they used two-color counters to represent quantities in equal groups and arrays. From their models, students practiced writing multiplication equations to show the relationships between groups, arrays, and totals. This hands-on activity helped them connect a fun story to important multiplication concepts!

Picture Retakes are on Thursday, 10/23/2025, if your child needs one.

The 50th Day of School is October 10th!
Let’s celebrate in style — students are invited to dress like it’s the 1950s! Keep it simple with a white t-shirt and rolled-up jeans, or go all out with poodle skirts, leather jackets, scarves, and saddle shoes!

Science fun in Mrs. Georgia's class!
Students explored the Properties of Matter in a hands-on way. They began by comparing textures, hardness, color, and rigidity of different objects like pencils, nuts, tools, acorns, tissues, blankets, and even squishable fidgets.
Then, they dove into a sweet experiment with M&Ms, which they sorted by color, compared sizes, and discussed their texture, smell, and taste — discovering that all of these are characteristics of matter.
