After enjoying "Hair Love" by Matthew Cherry—a sweet story about a dad doing his best to create a very special hairstyle for his daughter’s very special day—our PreK students shared some “hair love” of their own! Here's Mrs. Everett's and Mrs. Allen's class matching colors, stringing beads, and practicing counting while building fine motor and math skills.

From classroom smiles to lifelong connections, our yearbook captures it all. Order now for $36 before the price increases again.

Congratulations to Braxton on your reading success! This kindergartner in Ms. Jenkins' classroom is now working on his fluency folder. Way to go, Braxton!

She strives to make connections with students that will empower them to succeed. "

Mrs. Gartrell's kindergartners practiced counting in 10 groups of 10. Can you guess what it makes? 100!

Ms. Jenkins' kindergartners celebrated the 100th day by solving a classroom mystery! Students worked together to find clues, count carefully, and use their thinking skills to crack the case of Ms. Jenkins’ missing pencil sharpener.

While these sweet friends from Mrs. Everett’s and Mrs. Anderson’s classrooms are showing off their fabulous 100th Day style, our entire school is celebrating right along with them. We are officially 100 days SMARTER!

Happy New Year from Mrs. Dilbeck’s class!
Last week, these amazing kindergartners rang in the New Year with a fun confetti countdown, thoughtful goal-setting, and a special read-aloud of "One Word for Kids" by Jon Gordon, Dan Britton, and Jimmy Page. The story inspired each student to choose one powerful word to focus on as they work toward their best year ever!
