Thank you also to Deputy Roach, who faithfully escorts our Flag Leaders each morning and teaches them about the honor of raising the American flag.
Today was particularly poignant as we commemorated the 25th anniversary of 9/11, with the flag properly raised to half-staff in remembrance of those who lost their lives and in honor of those who served and sacrificed.

Tomorrow is a Virtual Day! Here is what you and your students can expect:
Grades K–4: Students will receive paper-based activities covering ELA, Math, and Science/Social Studies sent home on Thursday, September 3rd.
Grades 5–12: Students will log into Canvas to complete one independent assignment per course (designed to take about 20 minutes per class).
All teachers will hold virtual, phone, or email office hours throughout the day to answer questions and offer support. Keep an eye out for direct communications from your child's teachers with specific activity details and their office hour schedules. Thank you for partnering with us in your child's learning!
